For the third year running, Jesse Willesee is presenting Sydney’s largest and most thrilling live art event, Seven Hundred Photos.
For one night only, everyone from professional and amateur photographers, bloggers, and every day punters with cameras and iPhones, are invited en masse to walk from room to room, shooting the incredible live installations and models within, in a paparazzi frenzy of live art and fashion. Then use these images on your blogs, sites, Instagrams, Pinterest ... anything you can think of!
7 Hotel rooms
7 Artists & Designers
7 Live Photo Shoots
The show involves
designers and artists taking over the hotel rooms
of
Darlo bar in Sydney
and making them over into a live shoot.
The
audience interacts by photographing the event
as it unfolds onto their
iPhones, Polaroids ...
Features ... Phoenix Keating (who dressed Lady Gaga on her visit to Australia), Alex Goddard, Laurel and Hector Vintage, Estate of Mind, cult label We Were Warriors, artist Jesse Willesee, and many more. Don't forget music: performances by Buzz Kull and New Brutalists will cap off the night!
The fun doesn't stop there: you can also purchase some exclusive threads in the one night only Pop-Up fashion store and score one-off finds from Phoenix Keating, the designers of Estate of Mind and more ...
Jesse's last controversial exhibition - 22 Girls Smoking Weed - drew such large crowds it was eventually shut down by police. Don't miss this all-new installation - it's bound to be a crazy night!
